Ceremonies and Banquet
Opening Ceremonies
The conference will start with the opening ceremonies which will be located in the HAAS in the Gantner Theatre. Gantner Concert Hall seats 600 people. The auditorium has a stage for the live roll calls and in the lobby we will have displays and banners - with room for pins to be exchanged!
Banquet
To conclude the weekend’s festivities a feast fit for champions will be set up at the Metropolis Resort. Everyone is expected to dress like a champion, meaning that semi-formal to formal wear is required. Once the meal is finished a DJ will be present for the delegates enjoyment.
Banquet Meal Choices
For Saturday night we will have a meal fit for champions! Dinner will be served with the House Salad, accompanied with Ranch and Raspberry Dressing! To follow we will be serving a delectable plate of chicken parmesan with a healthy serving of baby red potatoes, slathered with garlic butter and sweet corn. A platter with out parmesan will also be served for all you athletes that are on a dairy free diet. To conclude this feast of champions we will be serving cake, to celebrate a successful weekend of leadership and winter sports.
